By accessing and using BillMaster ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BillMaster is a restaurant management software that provides tools for invoice generation, customer management, expense tracking, and business analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 7-day free trial period.

3. User Accounts

To use BillMaster, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

BillMaster offers the following subscription plans:

  • 7-Day Free Trial: No credit card required. Full access to all features.
  • Quarterly Plan: $55 per 3 months, billed every 3 months
  • Yearly Plan: $99 per year, billed annually

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Trial access is limited to one per user/business.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. You retain all rights to your data, and you can export or delete your data at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by BillMaster and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILLMASTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
